California 8-8-2026 Last night, Karla Menjivar and her dad, heard their dogs barking like crazy and didn't think anything of it.
The dogs are fine. This morning, when they went into the backyard, they noticed some of their bushes were knocked over and discovered a mountain lion up their tree. The authorities were called.
The mountain lion is safe in the tree, and they're keeping an eye on it. This happened on Windy Drive in Newbury Park, California. Link in comments.
